Dispatch

Dispatch of your parcel will take 2-3 working days. Unless stated otherwise on the individual product (e.g. preorders, personalised items).

Shipping

Delivery for smaller items will be made 3-5 working days (incl. Saturdays) after dispatch All items are sent through Royal Mail or Hermes and will need to be signed for.  If you are not there to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and you will be able to collect your parcel from your local post office, they may alternatively try to redeliver at a later date. This will be noted on the card you receive.

Please note that for larger items, such as furniture the dispatch & delivery times may be different and will be stated on each individual product.

Returns

If there is a problem with your item, or you have changed your mind. You can return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return costs) once the product has been returned to us. Simply submit a form via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.

Cancellation

If you have change your mind, (we hope that you don’t!) you can cancel your order before your parcel has been dispatched for delivery. Simply submit a form via our contact page and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Amendments

We are currently unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Therefore what we advise it cancelling your order before dispatch and reordering it. You will not receive any charges for these changes made. However, please note the cancellation has to be made before your order is dispatched.
